As an Operations Manager, Chiamaka provides strategic and operational leadership, overseeing business processes, coordinating teams, strengthening organisational systems, and driving the effective execution of corporate objectives. She applies financial and commercial insight to support sound decision-making, operational efficiency, resource optimisation, and overall business performance.
She holds an MBA in Strategic Management, a BSc in Business Administration (Accounting and Finance), and a Diploma in Information Technology, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship. She is also a Chartered Member of the Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria (ISMN).
